Your User ID is a unique identifier associated with your PlantApp account and may be requested by our support team when assisting with account, subscription, or technical issues.
To find your User ID, open the app and navigate to the Profile tab. From there, tap Settings, where your User ID will be displayed. Simply tap on the ID to copy it to your clipboard.
Providing your User ID when contacting support helps our team locate your account more quickly and allows us to investigate and resolve issues more efficiently.
