How do I restore my purchase?

The steps to restore your subscription depend on where your purchase was originally made.

If you subscribed through iOS or Android:

  • Open PlantApp

  • Go to your Profile

  • Open Settings

  • Tap Restore Purchase

The app will automatically check for active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID or Google account.

Please make sure:

  • You are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase

  • Your subscription is still active

  • You have a stable internet connection

If you subscribed through the web:

Log in using the email address associated with your purchase. Login credentials are automatically sent to the email address used during checkout.

To log in:

  • Open PlantApp

  • Go to your Profile

  • Tap Sign Up or Log In

  • Select Login if you already have an account

  • Enter the email address and password sent to you after checkout
