While using PlantApp, you may occasionally experience app-specific issues related to plant identification, internet connection, or temporary service availability.
My plant could not be identified
In some cases, PlantApp may not be able to identify a plant successfully. This may happen if:
The plant is not available in our database
The photo is blurry, dark, or unclear
The plant is too far from the camera
The image does not clearly show the leaves, flowers, stem, or other important details
For better results, please try taking a clear photo in good lighting and make sure the plant is visible and in focus.
My plant was identified incorrectly
PlantApp uses AI-powered technology to identify plants. While we do our best to provide accurate results, AI-based identification may not always be 100% reliable.
An incorrect result may happen if:
The plant is not included in our database
The photo quality is low
The plant looks similar to another species
Important plant details are not clearly visible in the image
We are continuously working to improve our identification accuracy and provide the best possible results.
