Why did I receive two charges from PlantApp?

It is possible to see two separate charges from PlantApp if more than one subscription or add-on service was activated on your account.

In some cases, users may have both:

  • A main Premium subscription

  • An additional add-on subscription or service

These products are billed separately and may appear as individual charges on your bank or credit card statement.

PlantApp add-ons are optional services that may have their own pricing and renewal terms independent from the main Premium plan.
